Thanks very much Louise - Yes, please see my posting from yesterday about these errors which we are aware of and are working on. I'll update the list when I have further news about the OpenURL links and Athens, but in the meantime, please log any access problems on our online help desk at http://www.interscience.wiley.com/support or send an email to [log in to unmask] or contact your Account Manager.
Best wishes, Emily

Subject: Re: [LIS-E-JOURNALS] Wiley-Blackwell Links
Hi Sarah
Emily Gillingham from Wiley-Blackwell posted an update to this list
yesterday and the following was included within that message:
There is still some missing content from Blackwell which we are working
through. This includes some issues, articles, parts of articles (e.g.
article loaded in xml but not in PDF) plus some missing metadata and
articles which need to be fixed due to special character rendering
issues. The full list of missing content which we are working through
is listed on our transition site:
http://www.interscience.wiley.com/transition - and this will be updated
weekly.
We have redirected most links to their nearest equivalent on Wiley
InterScience. However, we are still working on the OpenURL links which
currently redirect to the Wiley InterScience homepage rather than the
journal page, as they should. These links will be back in place in a
few days.
We have migrated the majority of customer license terms and access
rights from Synergy to InterScience successfully but if you do
experience any problems with your access or have any queries please
contact our Customer Support team who are offering round-the-clock,
round-the-world customer service during this transition period:
http://www.interscience.wiley.com/support.
This might help you and others who are finding URLs not working (we're
in the same position, having prompted for OpenURLs because they are
tracked through SerialsSolutions). If the customer support link is not
working then perhaps contacting your Wiley-Blackwell account manager
directly would be an appropriate step to resolving issues and concerns.
Regards
Louise

Subject: [LIS-E-JOURNALS] Wiley-Blackwell Links
Hello there,
I know it's early on in the day in terms of checking the Blackwell links
on Wiley Interscience but I just thought I would make people aware that
we
are already seeing loss of full text access to our subscribed Blackwell
journals on Wiley Interscience.
From our SFX link resolver, we are clicking through the old Synergy link
which is re-directing to Wiley Interscience. However, there are 2
problems:
1) It is only linking to the Wiley Interscience homepage rather than to
title level. WB have advised that they are still working on the OpenURL
links to the Blackwell content so this might take a few days. You need
to
search or browse for the titles to access the journal homepage
2) More worryingly when you get to the Journal homepage, we can't access
any full text content for our subscribed journals. We have so far sample
checked around 20 titles and all are failing. They are asking for a fee
or
username and password.
We have not checked the whole list of our titles but it is looking
worrying so far.
I am aware of several other libraries in the U.S. that have already
reported that no full text access is available.
Are any other libraries seeing the same thing?
Many thanks
Sarah
