The specific values for my CE (SLC release 4.6 (Beryllium)) are:
CE_HOST=vce01.pic.es
CE_LOGCPU=3
CE_PHYSCPU=3
CE_OS_ARCH="i686"
CE_TYPE=condor
CE_OS=ScientificCERNSLC
CE_OS_RELEASE=4.5
JOB_MANAGER=condor
CE_BATCH_SYS=condor
CONDOR_Q=/opt/condor-7.0.4/bin/condor_q
CONDOR_STATUS=/opt/condor-7.0.4/bin/condor_status
CONDOR_RM=/opt/condor-7.0.4/bin/condor_rm
CONDOR_SUBMIT=/opt/condor-7.0.4/bin/condor_submit
CONDOR_ARCH=INTEL
CONDOR_OS=LINUX
BATCH_BIN_DIR=/opt/condor-7.0.4/bin
BATCH_VERSION=7.0.4
JAVA_LOCATION=/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun-1.5.0.14
APEL_DB_URL=jdbc:mysql://vrgma01.pic.es:3306/accounting
APEL_DB_USER=accounting
APEL_DB_PASSWD=**********************
SHARE_FS=false
The last (strange) variable I needed to indicate YAIM that I want to
configure the batch system without a shared filesystem.
The yaim related rpms are:
[root@vce01 ~]# rpm -qa | grep yaim
glite-yaim-clients-4.0.3-3
glite-yaim-lcg-ce-4.0.4-2
glite-yaim-core-4.0.4-2
glite-yaim-condor-utils-4.0.1-15
The yaim functions that are shipped with the metapackage are:
/opt/glite/yaim/functions/config_apel_condor
/opt/glite/yaim/functions/config_condor_submitter
/opt/glite/yaim/functions/config_gip_sched_plugin_condor
/opt/glite/yaim/functions/config_jobmanager_condor
It's all bash, comments are very welcome.
For installation/configuration have a look at:
https://savannah.cern.ch/patch/index.php?2079
https://savannah.cern.ch/patch/index.php?1856
Cheers,
Christian.
