Dear Tomas,
If you have access to ETICS then you can build the full globus
distribution in one package using the configuration:
globus v. 4.0.7-VDT-1.10.1-1
which should produce a tarball, or at least something in the stage
directory that can be packaged up as a tarball.
However, version 1.8.1-1 compiles under more OSes, including AIX, Mac OS
X and Solaris (x86).
Alternatively the latest source tarball is available from:
http://vdt.cs.wisc.edu/software/globus/4.0.7_VDT-1.10.1/globus-patched-source.tar.gz
Note that this needs very specific hacks to deal with the use of the
system OpenSSL under certain non-Linux systems.
I'd work with:
http://vdt.cs.wisc.edu/software/globus/4.0.5_VDT-1.8.1/globus-patched-source.tar.gz
if you want something up-to-date and compatible with what you are
currently already.
