Hi Elena,
I came across this problem after tomcat was restarted on a mon box and put
this down to an update of tomcat5. The jpackage tomcat5 does not have
application jars in its lib direcories it creates links to the jars it needs
during the install process. The update does not seem to run the linking
process. What I did to correct the problem was:
rpm -e --nodeps tomcat5
rm -rf /var/lib/tomcat5/server
yum install tomcat5
Then re-run the yaim configuration and all worked ok.
There may be a more elegant way of reconfiguring tomcat lib links but I don't
know what it is.
