Dear Denise,
instead of specifying "ask" for path strings, you can let the tool guess
the path names to be replaced non-interactively. However, this only
works if the toolbox is able to figure out the paths to be replaced.
This code is rather ancient, and as a consequence it has a hidden
feature not supported by the SPM5 job manager:
If you create/modify your job in the GUI and save it as an MATLAB .m
file, you can modify the fields that specify the paths and put in your
path names there instead of 'auto' or 'ask'.
