Dear SPM/VBM/Matlab experts
We have done some t-tests on VBM data. Because the two groups already differ
significantly in their global GM volumes we included an interaction between
the covariate total grey matter volume (TGMV) and the factor group.
Besides this interactions we modelled TGMV as a simple covariate (only one
regressor). The interaction between TGMV and the factor group did run well,
but with the addition of the simple covariate, we got the following error
message:
--------------------------
Running "Factorial design specification"
Error running job: Error using ==> spm_meanby at 31

Done.
(We controlled if the items in each vector do correspond with each other)
We would appreciate any advice.
Thanks,
Diana
