Subject: CALLING ALL GENIUS FILMMAKERS: The 25 Hr Film Challenge, 2pm Sunday
June 1st, The Cannes in a Van Film Festival @ The Movieum, London.

Make a movie in a day & have an hour to chill!

The Cannes in a Van Film Festival 25 Hr Film Challenge kicks off at
2pm on Sunday 1st June
@ The Movieum of London on the South Bank.

LOCATION LONDON
If you think you can make a short-film in 25 hours, set entirely in
London, then come down to the festival at The Movieum, County Hall,
next to The London Eye for 2pm and we'll invite you to take part.
we're championing London as THE place to shoot and we want filmmakers
to use the space in and around The Movieum for their locations
(permitted filming areas will be explained on the day).
Entry fee is included in the festival pass (£9 for 3-day ticket) and
you can come and check out the hugely exciting plans for The Movieum
Club - a place where filmmakers can shoot, rehearse, network and
screen their movies in a 200 seater screening room! Join now and get
the first month free. At Cannes in a Van, we think it's what the
British Film Industry needs!

The winner will receive free membership to The Movieum Club, free
multi-passes to County Hall attractions, subscriptions to MovieScope
magazine and a copy of Final Draft. (Further prizes TBC)

The brief will be handed out on the day and guest short-film legend
Johnnie Oddball will be there to oversee proceedings. Filmmakers will
then hand their films in on Monday and there'll be a screening of all
25 Hr Film Challenge films on Tuesday night to close the festival.

We'd love to see you all there for what will be the most unique
independent British film festival ever seen! (well, almost).

If you don't want to take part in the challenge, there are loads of
independent films to check out and great exhibitons within The
Movieum itself. All for the cut-down price of £9 for the filmmakers'
3-day pass (bring a business card for proof or email the address
below for daily code word).

For more info go to:
www.cannesinavan.com

See you there for the Challenge!
