PHOs are covered under the pan-government agreement. The status of the
cancer registries is still being discussed.

I agree that there seems a lot of paperwork for a few products, but I
believe it is worth persevering with the bureaucracy to take advantage
of
the financial and non-financial benefits of a nationally procured
agreement.
It is my understanding that PHOs (and maybe Cancer Registries) will be
taking advantage of another nationally negotiated mapping agreement; the
Pan Government Agreement. Maybe a PHO subscriber would like to comment?
I suspect SHAs do not have the capacity (or the inclination) to set up
arrangements for groups of PCTs.
