I think the first question to address is just why you feel you need a
marketing course? There are several possible reasons that I can think of.
The answer will then identify what type of marketing course would be
relevant for you and meet your aims.
For example, are you looking at increasing your business as an independent
provider, are you involved in business development within a larger
occupational health provider, or are you simply seeking the knowledge and
tools to improve how occupational health is seen within your organisation?
Each has its own different aspects which could influence what you need to
know.
For example, with the last of the three possibilities decribed above, I
think what you would really need is not so much marketing as selling skills.
Sometimes I find that 'marketing' is used in place of 'selling' as if it
were somehow more ethical. This is not the case. We all sell (how did you
convince your employer that you were the right one for the job?) and a good
salesman uses ethical techniques to generate a situation where both customer
and supplier benefit (as I am sure you did when you persuaded your employer
to engage you!). Selling skills, however, are very different from marketing
skills and need a different type of course.
If you feel it would help, I would be happy to discuss this with you off the
forum, either by e-mail or phone.

Chris
