Subject: Re: [OCC-HEALTH] Employees becoming patients
Hi Helen
we don't as far as I'm aware have a procedure as such, but I have to say
when a member of staff requires such support we always get excellent
advice
and help from our own MH team and they are seen out of area.
As with most things there can be the odd blip but it generally works
very
well.
I have no idea about funding, but my main issue is that the member of
staff
is supported in a timely fashion and recovers.
I would expect this happens from our Trust to others, but as there's no
need for us to be involved in cases from 'outside our area' we do not,
from
OH, know of such cases, but talking to colleagues in MH this does
happen.
regards
Glenn
