Dear Gerry
I am not sure whether I will be free at that time. But I can suggest
a nice cafe for lunch not too far away from where you're
staying. Here's a description from one of our tourist websites:

Beautiful cafe hidden in the heart of Highgate Woods, serving tasty
global food in an idyllic setting. Perched next to the cricket pitch
it's an excellent place to stop for refreshments.
There's a map on the webpage. You could probably walk there in about
20 mins, or there is likely to be a bus. You have to find the
entrance to the Wood on

Hill Road, and follow a little path to the cafe.
On the other hand, depending on your jetlag I guess, you may prefer
to go into central London. Feel free to call me when in London.
all the best
Anita
