Hi,
I am a student at Loughborough University (United Kingdom) currently
undertaking an MSc in Information and Knowledge Management and am
researching the use of Web 2.0 technologies as outreach tools by public
libraries in various parts of the world.
As such, I am seeking the views of public librarians on this matter and if
you are one, I would be immensely grateful if you could help me with the
questionnaire found at the link provided below. It takes about 20 minutes
to complete (depending on how much you would like to comment) and responses
by 15th July 2008 would be greatly appreciated.

Your feedback and comments would be invaluable in aiding the exploration of
factors that might facilitate or impede success of using Web 2.0
technologies in public library outreach. All effort would be taken to
ensure anonymity of participants.
I would also be delighted to share (or discuss) the research outcomes with
you. Do leave your name and contact details as indicated in the
questionnaire if you are interested.
With many thanks!
