Which resource are you trying to combine it with?
yum install glite-BDII lcg-CE glite-TORQUE_client glite-TORQUE_utils glite-TORQUE_server glite-WN
/opt/glite/yaim/bin/yaim -c -s /root/glite3_1_0/site-info.def -n BDII_site -n glite-WN -n TORQUE_client -n lcg-CE -n TORQUE_server -n TORQUE_utils
gets me a combined CE/WN/site BDII...

Oh, do you mean the info provider/local-BDII on the site-BDII itself? I'm
not sure that gets configured properly - at least on SL4 with YAIM as of
a couple of weeks ago, the
GlueServiceUniqueID=dgc-grid-35.brunel.ac.uk:2170/bdii-site,Mds-Vo-name=resource,o=grid
branch includes a GlueServiceAccessPointURL of
ldap://dgc-grid-35.brunel.ac.uk:2170/mds-vo-name=local,o=grid
so I suspect something hardwired didn't get updated in the SL3->4 change.
I don't have a standalone site BDII (yet) so I've not looked into this
properly yet.
