Hi Jason,
So as you can see from SLD, for a production site it is sufficient to have one
CE and a cluster of at least eight CPUs behind it, without the storage
element. You would want of course to configure such site to use some storage
element as a default, and you can use SE of a nearest large site (which of
course should not be in the information system of this new CE-only site).
Note that you would have to install and configure MON node for such site. Even
here you can use MON of another site, but this needs a little bit of hacking:
you either use two databases on MON node, one for each site (simplest and
preferred solution), or you use one database, with the setup described in the
following ticket:
