Hang on, I didn't say that Digital Commons was better, though it
certainly is quite impressive. What I said was that Digital Commons
offers one specific service that neither DSpace nor EPrints does at
present: the ability to host branded small press OA journals. Being able
to do that without necessarily having to pay for Digital Commons would
be great - don't you agree?

Do you mean developers should produce a service or software comparable
to BE press. If it's the latter, I'd be interested as to why you
consider Digital Commons a better solution than Dspace or Eprints?
