Transfer to informational society influences our life substantially, changing habitual foundations and notions. Informational technologies are becoming more and more intellectual, thus providing computer solutions to “typically human” tasks and the Internet has erased informational boundaries between countries and continents. At the same time, people are getting more and more dependent on the computers which has a serious physiological influence

AIMS OF THE CONFERENCE 
The main objectives of the conference:
·       discussion of new scientific and practical results of application of the Internet and computer technologies in science, education and industry;
·       exchange of ideas, search for common research directions and strengthening of cooperation between educational, scientific and industry institutions and communities;
·       demonstration of practical achievements of conference participants in the form of presentation, master – classes and practical seminars; 
·       analyses of scientific, pedagogical and psychological aspects of the development of Internet and informational technologies;
·       establishing new contacts, attracting young generation to the scientific research.

Internet in social and political science, economics and marketing;
Customer relationship management systems (CRM-systems);
Internet in ecology and health care;
The psychology of cyber space;
Internet and speech technologies;
Information protection in information and telecommunication systems;
Software and hardware for Internet;
Telecommunication technologies;
Fiber-optic technologies for informational networks.

PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE
Every person can participate directly in the work of the Conference, or distant by means of Internet. We plan the whole exposition and discussion of the Conference materials on our site www.vstu.edu.ua/ies2008. We plan videoconference during the plenary meetings, organizing chats and forums. In case of distant participation, authors will be provided with the opportunity to present their inventions at the Conference with the use of Internet resources for distance communication.

CONFERENCE LANGUAGES
The Conference working languages are Russian, Ukrainian and English. 

THE CONFERENCE EVENTS
The following activities are planned along with the plenary session and section sessions and workshops:
·       presentation of software and hardware, methods and practical approaches to the solution on the main Conference topics;
·       workshops/tutorials on the distance education, new information and computer technologies in the education and research; computer graphics and Web- design etc;
·       trade exhibition of new books of the Conference participants.

PROCEEDINGS
Full texts of the papers will be placed on-line in Conference working languages in the electronic Proceedings on the University Publishing site as well as them will be published in the Conference Proceedings. 
Reports, containing new scientific results will be published before the Conference starts in specialized issues:

Electronic catalogue of completed technical decisions, software and services in the spheres directly related to the Conference work, will be provided. 

ACCOMODATION
The Conference participants will be accommodated in city hotels and University dormitories.

REGISTRATION FEE
The full registration fee makes up 60 euros that includes: the allowance to the Conference, the Proceedings book, free entrance to the cocktail party and coffee-breaks, a trip in the dendrologjcal park "Sofievka". Distant participation in the Conference - 20 euros.
Cut down registration fee for the CIS participants and distant CIS participation
The participants from the Partner Institutes benefit by the contractual facilities. The information about the bank account will be placed on the Conference site. 

'WHO IS WHO" REFERENCE BOOK
The "Who is Who" reference book will be published. Please, send a photo of 5x6 cm (jpg file 300 dpi) and the English text up to 50 words with information about your practical and scientific interests and your contact information (tel., e-mail, URL).

Next Deadline of paper submission June 25, 2008
Notification of Acceptance June 30, 2008 
Circulation of the Conference Program September 10, 2008 

ANNOTATION OF PRESENTATION, MASTER - CLASS
Must be presented in a free form, 1-2 pages format A4 and must contain the name of the event, subject, names of the authors, contact information, required technical means, area, number of working places and other requirements. 

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
The recommended length of the paper is 2-4 pages of typewritten text in WinWord, font Times New Roman, 10 pt., abstract contains 10-15 lines, 8 pt. It is allowed to submit the reports in different working languages for the publication in electronic catalogue. Please see denials at the Conference site.
«INTERNET- EDUCATION - SCIENCE - 2006»
209 reports of 351 participants from 16 countries were presented at the previous Conference IES-2006. Within the frameworks of the Conference were held workshops, master – classes, round work table discussions on distant education and psycho diagnosis.

We look for national and international sponsors and offer you the following options:

to include the topics you are interested in Conference program;

CULTURAL PROGRAMME 
The programme of the conference includes visit to the institutes, faculties, scientific laboratories and art museum of the VNTU. There are planned excursions to the city as well as visit to N.I. Pirogov museum (Vinnytsia) and arboretum ”Sofievka” (Uman).
