With patient consent you could do it now using Patient Access and the
right suppliers..
Alternatively, if a summary is needed, move to Wales or Liverpool -
otherwise after the roll-out of Lorenzo ( planned to start in 2010 - so
maybe 2020?) as the only record system in NME
Not sure in the rest of England - hard to predict until we know who will
replace Fujitsu. Anyway, was this in their Detailed Care Record
specifications?
If not, can't begin to guess if this depends on CfH plans.
I suspect local initiatives will develop - we can't wait indefinitely -
so it probably depends on where you live (post code access?) and how
vociferous the local health community is.

Is this *all* the records or useful summaries?
If all, then maybe when hospitals can accept GP2GP and all the suppliers
are able to support it. Or we get DCRs. Maybe by 2020?
If useful summaries, a very long time indeed if you depend on IT..
