Hi - this should work fine, if the second-level analyses completed ok
- though there's a chance that your OS might not have everything that
you need (see recent postings on "echo -n").
Without seeing the logs it's very hard to tell what might be going
wrong here - if you would like to upload the complete second- and
third-level .gfeat outputs we can take a quick look:
Please upload the files in a single compressed tarfile to
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/cgi-bin/upload.cgi
And then email me the upload ID.
