Hi,
We have several studies we are trying to analyze in which certain runs
have empty copes (due to an empty ev, a file with 0 0 0 because that
stimulus was never encountered). I am running into trouble when I try and
collapse across runs at the second level. Is there any way to collapse
across just those runs that have non-empty ev's? For example, run 1 has
normal (not empty) copes 1,3,4, run 2 has normal copes 1,2,4 and run 3 has
all normal copes. I would like to collapse across all runs, but exclude
cope 2 from run 1 and exclude cope 3 from run 2.
I have tried selecting "Inputs are lower-level FEAT directories" and
deleting the empty cope images, as recommended here:
http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind0801&L=FSL&P=R36327&I=-3,
but the outputs are either empty or too "robust" (z>40) like referenced
here: http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?
A2=ind0712&L=FSL&P=R18772&I=-3.
Thanks for your help!
Justin
