E-learning Researcher Skills Developer

Education Enhancement Unit (Academic)
This collaborative post between the Universities of Exeter, Bath and
Bristol, and supported by Great Western Research, will lead in the design
and delivery of a suite of online modules around core skills for early
career researchers across 3 nationally leading universities.
The role will provide the postholder with a unique and exciting opportunity
to work in a fast growing area of postgraduate provision and in a newly
formed and dynamic Education Enhancement Unit, based at The University of
Exeter. The role will be working at the forefront of research training
nationally and internationally, and will be able to make a significant
impact on the research experience of many postgraduates across the region
and beyond.
The post demands excellent IT, project and time management skills as well as
leadership, co-ordination and co-operation. With a first degree and previous
experience in a student support / teaching environment you will be a
self-starter with a high degree of initiative and independence, but with a
strong ability to collaborate and work as part of an internal and external
project team. You will be expected to quality assure your work through
appropriate monitoring, review and evaluation methods. While the post will
be based at Exeter, you will be expected to regularly travel between all 3
universities. Long-term secondments will be considered.

£30,013 to £33,780 (with opportunity for further progression).
