RECORDS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (ONE YEAR POST)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to support the implementation of records management and information legislation in the University of Edinburgh. This post is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in archives and records management as it is a training post designed for someone planning to apply to a professional training course for admission in 2009. Relevant training and development support will be provided, such as attendance at some professional meetings and visits to other archives. You will have a good honours degree, an eye for detail, good communication and interpersonal skills with some knowledge of records management, data protection or freedom of information.
Salary scale: £14,419-16,215 (Grade UE03).
