Hi all,
Thank you to all of those who have submitted proposals for the UK Community
Psychology Conference in Edinburgh this September. Today is the closing
date for abstracts, so just to remind ....
We asked for papers around two broad ideas:
1. Community psychology . what is it? How are you doing it? What do the
values/principles/approach mean in relation to your practice.
And ...
2. Mental health and the community . do you have practice to share,
research to talk about, debates to start about what it means to address
mental health in the community?
Many thanks for all of the proposals we have received so far - if you wanted
to get something in but haven't had the chance yet, all we need is a
paragraph or two describing what you are interested in doing. We will be
reviewing the papers and drafting the programme next week, so get those
ideas in today!
Looking forward to seeing you all in Edinburgh in September!
Rebekah
