Yup.
Make a PDB file with 1 atom at the centre of your sphere.
Use "Map and Mask Utilities/Create and edit mask"
to make a spherical mask about this atom. Increase the radius as big as
you want.
Use "Map and Mask Utilities/Mapcutting"
There may be an issue of having the mask on the same grid as the map -
not sure. In which case you may need to run ncsmask from the command line.
