I managed to get in a really good off-the-cuff soundbite in this morning
on Sky Radio News, I think I said that the Regulation of Investigatory
Powers Act allows 'little local officials with a James Bond-fixation to
live out their fantasies at the expense of the public'! Was this wrong
of me? ;-)
