This is a little surprising. How does the Template_6.nii file appear? Is
there any indication that something may have gone wrong? The first volume in
the file should be a fairly crisp grey matter average. The second should be
a white matter average. There is one instance that I have heard of where
DARTEL didn't seem to work, and that is where the user aligned all the GM and
WM with the average of the GM and WM - rather than all the GM with the
average of the GM and all the WM with the average WM.
