Dear SPM experts
We have done a DTI and VBM analysis of a single subject that was compared to
a control group by voxel-wise z-score transformations. This was done outside
the SPM statistical machinery, therefore we did not obtained the number of
resels, but the reviewers would like to see corrected z-scores of our
comparisons.Therefore my questions:
Can we compute the number of resels in a single subject and correct the p
value by the number of resels (is it statistically reasonable)? If yes
Is there any program or algorithm that can compute the number of resels in a
single brain image? If no
Should we do a normal group comparison in SPM and use that number of resels
for the correction of our z-score maps?
Thanks in advance
Best regards
Juergen
