Welcome to the list!
This is not really my area, but do you mean those that identify as
Muslims/Christians or those actively "practicing" their faith? If you sourced
people through religious leaders, this would no doubt obtain a different sample
from a more "secular" sampling route.
I know there is a research team at Warwick studying interfaith families, with
Elisabeth Arweck involved - perhaps they could give you some suggestions.
