Do I understand right, Doug, that you had to meet someone at the city
council, since you had to be there early you had to drive in even earlier,
with so many people driving on the highways at dawn. In the general
uneasiness the thought of breakfast could help you, but fundamentally you
were there for a specific reason, you had to ask for some funds for an
artistic event.
