Well, I wouldn't go quite that far, Fred, but that's because I've read
earlier work, some of which is blisteringly brilliant.
This is, I agree, far too fat & ungainly; which may be a kind of
default for her kind of practice...
Almost all the prose could go, & quite a bit of the verse beneath.
But she has written some fine stuff...
