Dear Co-informationists,
We have just been given the go-ahead for obtaining a PC-booking system and
have decided to choose between Netloan and MyPC. We are a large FE college
and would be using the system to administer between 150 to 200 PCs and a
few Macs.
I would very much appreciate your advise based on your own experiences of
such systems. Specifically, timetable needed to install, main strengths
and weaknesses of each system and especially if you have gone for the
option of a live-link to the Heritage LMS so that fines and outstanding
loans directly inhibit the use of PCs until a student resolves the matter.
We plan to run the system without staff involvement with the user.
