Hi All,
We aren't aware of any particular issues from our end - I do know
however that our metadata has recently been updated to permit a second
SP for testing purposes. This may or may not have something to do with.
Similarly, there have been some small network issues here at RAL,
although they should have no impact on the JISCmail service, they may or
may not have something to do with it ...
We'll be keeping a close eye on things from our end, and if people could
contact me directly should they experience temporary issues so that I
can investigate root cause that would be great - any significant and
continuing issues should still go to the helpline though - that way
there is an SLA ;-)
Kind Regards,
Si

Following on from the other reports, I tried it yesterday and found just
the same thing. Having checked the logs to see eptid being released I
tried it again and it worked. Temporary glitches?
