Hi Heather,
It's not "documentation", but the ARP and resolver (from a database)
that we use in our IdP workshop are available at
http://www.netskills.ac.uk/resources/famidp/attributes/
It's a bit contrived but does demonstrate a range of the options for
ARPs and resolving/modifying/restricting attributes.
