In Japan, many university-publishing journals are hosted by IRs.
Some are peer-reviewed and some are not.
We will start a nation-wide project to make them have DOIs.
We're just wondering whether to join CrossReff or to launch a new DOI
registration agency.
Which do you think is better?
I too would appreciate any input on this.
