Hello. It turns out there was one subjects' results which contained an error, which I should have noticed. So when I went back and checked all lower level results I found the problem. What was interesting was that it was the creation of the design.lcon step that didn't work and none of the other steps.
So leaving out that subject until I fix their analyses allowed the higher level analysis to work. I should have been more careful!
