Yes, I would very much agree!
One sidedness is very problematic....
And in a culture dominated by one-sidedness, the opening of the trust gates
can involve some delicate dancing, if the sharing is to become mutual and
grow to include a widening circle. Otherwise those trust gates will very
quickly be slammed shut.
