Dear Tolga,
You have two problems, one harmless and one difficult.
The "Deprecated:" etc. warning is harmless. It just means that we are
using some code that works fine for now but that should be removed before
the next release. Just ignore it - it has no effect and we are on top of
it.
The X resource lockup is a difficult problem. I have to pass that one to
my colleagues.
