Hi Wayne,
I don't think the original dataset is corrupt, but... I should probably try
this with a smaller experiment, say an HNCO that's half the size and has
better effective S/N. I'll post the results of that later, though I expect
them to be similar.
I'm more than willing to make the data available. If you want processed data
in NMRPipe and Azara formats, that will run a bit shy of 2 gigs for the
pair. I can burn it onto a DVD and post it over, ftp or http upload it your
way, or put it somewhere and let you in via sftp. It will certainly exceed
any email quotas, but I'm not really concerned about bandwidth.
Another option (still probably too big for email though), if you don't mind
tying up a CPU and a few gigs of disk for a few hours, is to get you the raw
Varian data and the NMRPipe scripts I used to process it. That would be more
like a 20 MB tarball.
Let me know what you'd like me to do. I can also make the Analysis project
available (with or without 14 MB of xy contour files).
Cheers,
Andrew
