You can donate through the British Red Cross disaster fund.

Donations to this fund are not exclusive to the earthquake in China and are likely to be divided between Burma and China.
You won't have to pay any foreign currency transaction fees, so your donation will go further. Best of all, if you are a UK tax payer you can also claim gift aid adding 28% to your donation.

Dear Everyone,
Thanks for all your help and conerns.
My first donation of $50 through HSBC is online service by clicking ''send money overseas'' and filling the info of CITIC bank account of China Red Cross. It needs transaction fee of 15 pounds. Last night, I made my second donation of $70 through Jet Li's One foundation Project Earthquake theme by using Paypal (http://www.one-foundation.com/zhuanti/080512dz/index.htm)
The One Foundation Project is affliated with China Red Cross and you can have four ways to pay. I also have friends using HK Red Cross by paying online (Note: HK Red Cross only accept Credit card there).
Let us be together and help those victims there and pray for them.
All the best,
LI Chen
