Would you please post the following message for discussion on the
AQUA-Genetics list?

The Israeli Department of Fisheries is concerned with the import of fish
fillets without skin that are declared by the importers as tilapia
fillets, and would like to apply official DNA tests by the Israeli
customs to confirm/reject those declarations. Does anyone have knowledge
and experience with any DNA technology suitable for that purpose, that
would stand legal scrutiny?
