1. Student name, ID number, IT user name, library bar code, University
name,logo and student's picture
2. No, card is issued for the duration of the course.
3. When we changed to these cards there was an increase in letter
requests but this reduced after a couple of years.
4. Not on the card but it is displayed on the student record system and
to the student via their web access to their record
5. We don't try, they are set to the end of the academic year. Expiry
dates get changed if they withdraw, intermit, are suspended or fail to
complete all of the enrolment requirements within the specified timespan.

9. We have access control barriers and the card is required to enter the
University. If the student is not enrolled or it is past their expiry
date then they do not have access.
