Hui Graeme,
I've created the ATLASMCDISK space token at RALPP but for now could
only create it at 1TB.
I've got a downtime next Tuesday to upgrade the dCache headnode to new
hardware and will go to dcache 1.8.0-15p2 then.
Once that's done I should be able to:
a) Get the info publishing working
b) Get you up to 20TB for each of the space tokens.
