It's OK as long as users and administrators do define STARLINK_DIR.
We've seen instances where this hasn't been done. Now that may just be
because it's new.
The former Starlink nodes do still exist, and will still have /star
trees. I'm happy to make the switch in documents now you've
confirmed that at former Starlink sites STARLINK_DIR will be defined.
