So I think the one in docs/ssn/023 should be moved to its application in
applications/obsolete/starbench/. It should not be standalone.
That does suggest to me that there is a newer version of the starbench
scripts around somewhere. The one in docs/ssn/023 suggests that there has
been an upgrade in v1.1 to support kappa v0.10.
Maybe we still need Malcolm to find a RAL version from 1999.

and they don't get built at the moment (and maybe they can't until the
