I've found a version of starbench from 2003 (1.4) on the Starlink FTP
server (apparently Steve worked on this), so have updated to that.
Pat, this package includes a tar file called slalib_c.tar, which looks
like a full release of C SLALIB, except the routines are prefixed by
"smb". Is it OK to include this?
I've placed a copy of this tar file at ~pwd/slalib_c.tar down at RAL
for you to look at.
Cheers,
Peter.
