Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, that was only a
partial answer to my question. I had setup a second
level analysis and SPM says can't get default analyze
orientation, assuming flipped. This is where i had
problem, because i moved my data between different
computers and the defaults.analyze.flip was not
correct in the new computer.
I have figured out that by looking at the
SPM.xY.VY.mat of the corresponding SPM.mat, i can
figure out what was the assumption during estimation.
I then respecified the corresponding models and
estimated them
