The department of Experimental Psychology at Ghent University invites
applications for a 3-year postdoctoral fellowship in cognitive neuroscience.
The successful applicant will possess a PhD in psychology, neuroscience, or
related field. He/she will be part of a research network focusing on the
neural basis of knowledge and cognitive control (see
website:users.ugent.be/~mbrass/goa/Bello.html).
Experience with one or more of the methodologies that are central to the
research network, i.e., fMRI, ERP, TMS, or computational modeling, is highly
desirable. Depending on the applicant's qualifications and interests, he/she
will design and conduct behavioral and neuroimaging experiments, analyze
data, develop theoretical models of neural systems, prepare manuscripts for
publication, and participate in international conferences.
Starting date of the appointment is flexible, and salary will be determined
according to standard Belgian regulations. For further information, please
