Dear all,
You may have heard of an event taking place in Edinburgh on 24 June 2008 by
Interactive Business Events (IBE): "EDRMS in practice". This event has been
specially organised for Scotland and has received the backing of Scottish
Government.
I am delighted to announce that IBE are offering RMS members a 15% discount
on the conference fee, as the Scotland Group are helping to promote the
event. Please note that RMS does not endorse or sponsor this event. This
offer of a discount is a goodwill gesture from IBE.
You will find below details for this event and for another workshop on
SharePoint taking place the day after.
EDRM in Practice (Scotland), 24th June, Edinburgh First
IBE would like to invite RMS members to attend our forthcoming seminar on
EDRM in Practice (Scotland) being held at Edinburgh First on 24th June.
This one-day seminar has been developed for public sector organisations in
Scotland that are in the process of securing resources to improve
electronic document and records management (EDRM) and invest in new
systems, or have
already begun their EDRMS deployment.
The seminar has a practical rather than theoretical approach and will
provide a detailed examination of EDRM concepts and actual systems that
have been implemented so delegates can find out what works, what doesn't,
and
why.
