Dear Colleagues,
This is just to let you know that we did extend the abstract deadline until the end of April - we are going to start reviewing these shortly. Also I have attached a list of additional accommodations in case you want to stay longer than the period for which we were able to negotiate reduced rates at the Park Plaza or in case they sell out of the block of rooms they saved for us.
I am afraid Boston is an expensive city but hope the favorable exchange rate for non-US currencies will help offset some of the expense. Fall/Autumn is a wonderful time to be in New England. The weather is generally still warm and some of the leaves will be turning color.
You might want to think about reserving rooms early as we have been informed that a proportion has already been booked. Check on the IPONS website for an updated brochure.
