Hi,
As we're currently mid-recruitment drive as well, I can recommend as
many places as possible, and possibly some 'unusual' places that may get
people's attention, including:
1) The usual job boards (monster, reed, etc)
2) craigslist
3) Facebook Flyers/Ads (we actually get quite a good response from this)
4) Facebook groups (find relevant groups, but the ad on as a message)
5) Put out a tweet about it, if you're on Twitter (or if you know any
well-connected people who'll do it for you)
6) Google AdWords
