I think this problem does occur with other publishers but usually gets
sorted out MUCH quicker. The problem in this instance has been the lack of
communication between ASM and the subscription agents, and in some cases,
the subscriber. This has been the only case where my subscription agent has
got back to me and said they can't get a response from the publisher, even
after four weeks.
